Store Policy
At Burning Innovations, we want to give our customers the best shopping experience. That’s why we believe our store policies should be fair, clear, and transparent. Read about them below, and contact us with questions.
Where do you deliver to?
For now, we are unfortunately only able to deliver to a UK address. All postage and packaging costs are clearly shown on each item selected.
However, having said that if you are wanting an item, and live outside the UK, please get in contact burninginnovations@outlook.com (or use the contacts page on this site). However, items will probably incur tax, duties and fees, and with this arrangement it would be up to the customer to pay for this.
Returning Orders.
We offer a no quibble return policy on all of the items bought from our store. The return process must begin within 14 days of initial purchase. Items must be returned to us in saleable condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Personalised items cannot be returned.
If a product arrives to you in less than perfect condition, please contact us and we will offer a replacement at no extra charge. We do reserve the right to request that the damaged item is posted back to us before a replacement is sent out. We will reimburse the postage costs for its return.
